The Crown Inn, Theale, RG7 5BT: open-mic

open-mic hosted by Roger Watson.

"And the Winner Is ..."

A busy night down at the Crown last night. Good to see Warren, Gaz, Richard, Tracey and Naomi. I only see them once a month (and I haven't seen Naomi for ages ) but it always feels like meeting up with old friends. Pride of place goes to our host Roger Watson who took it upon himself to advertise my 30 mins set at the The Hook and Tackle, Reading (RG1 2ND) tonight. I should be on at about 9:30pm; it is a bit of a movable feast so I'd get there early. Details here.

My Set 1:

Sympathy For The Devil (Jagger / Richards)

Cold Heart

Always Touched By Your Presence Dear (Gary Valentine)

My Set 2:

The Things That She Said

Tears of a Clown (Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Hank Cosby)

Last Night I Saw You Standing There
