"It's All Falling Into Place"

A bit of a belated report but last Thursday was a very pleasant evening with Nick Blogs doing some accapella (notably singing Hallelujah whilst also dissin' Leonard Cohen! (:-)), the three-piece The DayBrakes doing some great arrangements of covers and Vic Cracknell pulling songs from his encyclopedic songbook that he has in his head. Still on a high from the the success of the previous Tuesday I think my set was generally well received. I've alluded to The Horns being significant already when I was last there and it seems fitting that I should end on You've Got The Magic Back as at the moment it feels like it's all falling into place. As a friend remarked about her life recently: "I love my life".

My Set:

Sympathy For The Devil (Jagger / Richards)

Cold Heart

The Things That She Said

Silent Valley

You've Got The Magic Back
