Bat and Ball, Boundstone, Farnham, GU10 4SA

Vic's Buskers open-mic hosted by Vic Cracknell

A very nice way to end the "performing" year last night at The Bat and Ball, though if I'm honest I didn't feel any of the performers were "firing on all cylinders". I don't know why, perhaps it was to do with the time of year or maybe the non-performing customers were less attentive than I'd seen previously in the Bat and Ball. Or perhaps I'm wrong and it's just my perception (though I, for one, repeatedly couldn't find some pesky chord in American Pie).

Nevertheless it was a great evening. Many thanks to those that joined in on my set and showed their appreciation, particularlyWhite Russian and Vernon's friends who had seemed to have formed a little choir to my left. I think I even caught some harmonies at one point? (:-)

Anyway, that's the holiday over now for my songs, back to the coal-face next week.

Happy New Year!

My Set:

Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen)

American Pie (Don McLean) >
