The Celestine Prophecy Film
I think it is safe to say that this film won't be troubling any Top 100 film lists. It was interesting to me (because of my interest in the subject matter described in the books) but I suspect it is not a film that I want to keep revisiting (like Finding Joe for example).
However there was one aspect of the film which when I first saw it really struck me. That was the scene which showed the flow of energy between people when they are really communicating. This is something I had already described in Energy.
Writing this piece has inspired me to watch the film again. It seems better the second time around. Probably not because of the films technical merits but because I think it seems to be reaffirming what I've started to think since I first saw the film.
